This programme is for those in senior leadership who sense the need for deeper ethical clarity in their decisions.

It also speaks to emerging leaders who want to ground their growth in integrity. For those shaping ethical cultures within organizations, or exploring the intersection of ethics, leadership, and systems through research. The programme offers a space for reflection, formation, and renewal.

Participants engage asynchronously with a rich digital curriculum before gathering in Oxford for an intensive residential experience, combining the depth of self-directed study with the irreplaceable power of in-person formation.

Rooted in the Peregrine Ethics framework: Archos (beginnings), Anthropos (the human person), Mythos (narrative), Ethos (habits),

and Telos (purpose). The course draws on Augustine's enduring wisdom and Oxford's tutorial tradition to explore what it means to lead excellently and ethically in a complex world. Participants engage directly with leading scholars and practitioners in ethics, business, and public policy.

    Alfred Landecker Professor of Values and Public Policy
    Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford
    Senior Research Fellow, Wadham College

    As a philosopher and former Royal Marines Commando, Tom focuses on trust, integrity, and moral courage in leadership. He equips global leaders to think with ethical clarity and act with principled resolve, advising governments, the military, and private-sector leaders on ethics, technology, and strategy.

Online + Onsite Schedule

The programme begins with an online portion of content that you get access to on February 1 and have roughly 5 weeks to complete. The in-person portion runs from Monday through Wednesday with bespoke events planned each day. Events will conclude daily at approximately 830p.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are accommodations included as part of the programme?

Accommodations will be at your expense. The programme fee covers training, lunches and dinners. As everyone has different preferences when it comes to accommodation, we thought this would give you the most flexibility so you can book exactly what you like. Our two personal favourite Oxford hotels are The Randolph Hotel, Hilton and The Store Oxford. The Randolph is the more traditional property and first opened in 1866. The Store is the more modern property and is new to Oxford, only opening last year in 2024. The event team will be able to assist with booking if required and may be able to support with a special discount code to ensure you get the best rate for the duration of your stay in Oxford.

Can I bring a guest?

Your guest is welcome to join you at your accommodation. They won't be able to join the training, but there may be the opportunity for them to join some of the meals. We will advise once the final itinerary has been released.
