What Kind of World Are We Building?
Leadership as Systems Stewardship
The Peregrine Lecture
A focused lecture and conversation on leadership, responsibility, and the systems that shape our shared future.
In What Kind of World Are We Building?,
Mary Johnstone-Louis will explore leadership not simply as individual decision-making, but as systems stewardship: the long-term moral responsibility leaders bear for the structures, incentives, and cultures they help to create. The lecture will invite reflection on how organisations shape human flourishing, how values become embedded in practice, and what it means to lead with integrity in complex institutional environments.
